These are her walk around socks. I was surprised to see her wearing them with her sandals around the house. I didn't think they would fit since it is bulky yarn.
Need one hank for each knee sock. Used a Knit picks needle size 6 (4.0) K2 P2 cuff. Decreased down to 36 and did the flap heel. Don't have anymore info on these socks. Didn't take notes just kept trying it on baby girl. Yes, it is another for her. I want to her to be able to change to fresh socks often. I don't like to wear mine more than one day. Same for daddyo and baby girl.
I learned as long as I use a big enough needle they are not that bad to make. It is hard on my hands and shoulders if I use a needle to small for the yarn. I am a tight knitter and I am sure others would have used a much bigger needle. As you can see they want you to use an 10 needle. I used a 6. I got 5.5 stitches per inch. They say you should get 3.5 per inch. The fabric firmness was perfect.
